Hispanic Services Program
The Hispanic Services Program works to improve child and family well-being for Spanish speaking community members by providing access to services.
The staff advocates for families by establishing a network of services in their native language. They coordinate resource sharing between state and local agencies.
All staff members are trained interpreters, certified by the DuPage Federation on Human Service Reform. They provide direct services to non-native English speakers in Spanish for more accessibility and understanding as they navigate in the community.

This program provides clients information and referrals in their native language and links them to services, this includes programs such as:
A.B.E. (Adult Basic Education)
- IL High School Diploma Classes
- ELA (English Language Acquisition)
Women Infant & Children (WIC)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Services
Health Clinics
Food Pantries
With funding from Illinois Coalition for Immigrant Refugee Rights (ICIRR) Immigrant Family Resource Program (IFRP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) the team also assists clients in applying for public benefits.
Hispanic Services offers families, community leaders, educators, and state and local social service agencies the opportunity to work together to identify the current issues. Through collaboration and partnerships, they develop ways to meet the needs of all immigrants entering our community.
