Second Chance provides services to youth who would otherwise be removed from their homes and communities due to high-risk, unmanageable behavior. These adolescents have demonstrated significant emotional concerns which may include mental health and trauma issues. Intensive services are provided to the youth and their families through Youth Service Bureau. The program is funded though LaSalle County 708 Board.
Referrals are made by the LaSalle County Juvenile State’s Attorney’s office and the LaSalle County Juvenile Probation Department.
