Homeless Youth Program
The Homeless Youth Program provides outreach services designed to build relationships between outreach workers and unhoused youth. The goal of these efforts is to enhance the safety of young people experiencing homelessness.
We help youth build skills that empower youth to take greater control of their circumstances in a positive manner.
An individualized plan for each client is developed. Services range from legal to medical to emotional assistance. We coordinate with other agencies to secure:
Employment
Job Skills
Adequate Health care and nutrition
Independent living skills
Long term housing
Youth ages 16-23 who are living in unstable and non-traditional living arrangements are eligible for services. If you or someone you know might need these services call 815.433.3953.
